Op Shop Love was very difficult and very easy at the same time - that does not even make sense - difficult because throughout this challenge I have found so many incredible pieces that I love and will wear to death and difficult because I was only allowed to choose a few! I ended up doing the logical thing and eliminated items used in recent or close up-coming posts like my leather pants, floral top and metallic skirt. And so I put a few of my favourite pieces together and created a very sailor inspired outfit. I fell in love with these high waisted navy trousers as soon as I saw them and knew that I would be able to wear them with a range of different looks, and you might remember them. They are the same I used for the Polka Dot look (see here) but look very different once they are cuffed - versatility is your best friend! My second favourite item is the amazing pair of white shoes that you have all already seen far too much, these shoes were initially too small for me but because I was so obsessed with them I decided to buy them and stretch them - as they are leather, I wore them around the house as much as I could and now they are a tight but great fit! I paired these two favs with a sailor crop top also found at the Red Cross and my own vintage leather opshopped belt. Making a relaxed, comfortable and loveable op shop love look!
