PFF Student Runway

The Student Runway show was the highlight of my Perth Fashion Festival experience - I was in awe the entire time - as I have previously mentioned the student and emerging designer collections always seem to offer a lot more variety and creativity - obviously this is due to them not having the same restrictions and constraints a fully mass produced brand has. The show was defined into five separate categories; Ready To Wear Womenswear, Ready To Wear Menswear, Eco Design, Contemporary Eveningwear and Costume Design, with a winner selected from each category for the most exceptional design. Congratulations to the winners and all the students, the entire show was a standout with a panoply of technical elements integrated into each design, I don't even want to think of the amount of time and effort it took to create some of the pieces! Below are some of my favourite pieces from the show!

Ready To Wear Womenswear

Ready To Wear Menswear

Eco Design

Contemporary Eveningwear

Costume Design

A special thank you to the lovely Rachel from Mystery Case who made space in front row to accommodate me, if she hadn't I would not have been able to get any of these shots! So a very big thank you :) Which was your favourite piece? <3 Nadine
