When I was trawling through all the clothes at the Red Cross op-shops to find a statement item, I didn't expect to choose this black transparent cropped frill top as my key piece. But some how will all its different elements this top was a statement piece in itself and just needed to be complimented with a contrasting colour and a few sparkles!
