I've been wanting some statement glasses for a while now, but as I only believe in spending a lot of money on classical, timeless pieces - or incredible one-offs - I never delved into buying a pair of gorgeous embellished sunglasses. So when I saw customised on the Photo-A-Day list I knew exactly what I was going to DIY, the problem was finding the right type of sunglasses. It took me a while but finally lying at the bottom of a box at the Australian Red Cross op-shop in Scarborough I found these lovely Witchery cat eye glasses - which are identical to my Sports Girl ones - and can you believe that they were cheaper than the glue I used to stick on the roses!? I paired the statement glasses with an all black flowy and comfortable outfit all from Red Cross North Perth store, red lips and a new favourite, my gold hardware heels from Red Cross Duncraig.
